How do property investors keep buying property in these market conditions?

First of all it is a misperception that property investors buy all the time none stop. That is a myth. All investors buy and sell and as and when they can as according to what their strategy and plan is.

In this time in the market property investors that buy a lot of properties, either have large affordability (they already make a lot of money), capital, also probably have saved immensely and planned for this affordability in a down turn. I know many investors that did not buy one property in all the boom years. They just couldn’t be bothered. They were just waiting for the market to turn around to start buying when prices are rock bottom. Therefore they planned it this way and therefore they can buy now more than others

But please do not have the impression that all property investors buy all the time and in all market conditions and all the time have affordability…. this is a myth. Even the best of companies in the world have times when their cash flow and affordability is low and they have to fix this before taking steps forward to bigger plans. Don’t believe me? Read about all the big companies that keep closing.

In summary, if you can buy ……if not then do not buy. Wait for the right time. You will know when the right time is for you. And you will also find it far easier to buy if the time is right for you. In the mean time learn as much as you can on how to improve your affordability, increase your income, capital and optimize you financial situation.
